The prices listed on our web-site are free of all taxes for purchases made and delivered outside New Zealand. For purchases to be delivered to a New Zealand address please add 12.5% Goods and Services Tax.

All merchandise is covered by our guarantee. If any merchandise is faulty, the goods can be exchanged or returned providing you contact us within two weeks of receiving the goods. A refund or replacement will be made on receipt of the goods to NZ Shop Online.

Delivery Goods can be sent:
Air Post (up to 10 working days)
Economy Post (up to 25 working days)
All goods are insured when sent by post
