HOW DO I USE THE ONLINE STORE?

Getting Started
From the Home page click on one of the brand logos (e.g. Swanndri). You can also browse the store by category using the buttons on the left (e.g. Clothing)

The Catalogue Page
Each product under the brand you selected is listed here. Click on one of the product names listed to view the details.

The Product Page
This page provides detailed information on the selected product. You also have the option of selecting a size and colour on some products.

Zooming In
Click on the product picture. This opens a new window with a larger image of the product. To close with window, click the Close button at the beneath the image (you may need to scroll down if the image is large).

You can browse through other products in the current category by using the drop down menu above the product image. You can retrace your steps using the blue navigation strip near the top of the page.

Once you have chosen a product you wish to purchase, select the size and colour (if available) and the number of items you with to purchase (quantity). Click the Add to Basket button.

The Basket
Each item you Add to your basket is placed on this page. You can go back and browse through other products by clicking the Keep Shopping button at the bottom of the page. Don't worry, your basket will 'remember' what you have placed in it and your items will still be there when you return. You can return to your basket any time by clicking the View Basket button at the top of all pages.

The Basket page also allows you to change any variations on each product, such as size, colour and quantity. Note that there is a hyphen (-) in the size/colour field if a size and/or colour variation is not available with the product.

After making any changes to your product variations, you MUST click the Recalculate button or your changes will not be saved.

Selecting Shipping
To process the cost of shipping, we ask that you select a shipping type and destination on the Basket page.

Once you have finished shopping, select a Shipping option (Air Mail, Economy, NZ Post) and your country from the drop down menus. The price of shipment will vary depending on where the package is being sent to, and the total weight of the products you have ordered.

After selecting your shipping options, click the Update button. You must do this before proceeding to the checkout. Notice that once the page refreshes, the totals have changed at the bottom of the page. If you chose a New Zealand destination, GST will have been added to the totals.

Once you are ready to order, click the Continue to Checkout button.

Customer Information
Next you will be required to provide shipping information and payment details. This page is displayed over a secure connection, so the information you supply here is completely safe. If you have entered these details from a previous order, the fields will have already been filled in for you. Please note that the fields marked with a red star (*) require you to enter something.

Once you have filled out this information, click the Submit Order button to process your order.
