Firstly please contact us by email detailing your problem.
Refunds or replacements will be given on any faulty product as soon as the faulty products is returned to us.
We will happily accept goods in original condition with garment tags attached for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com or call our Christchurch store on 03 379 8670 and specify your original order number with the request for what you would like to exchange the item for.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender's address and the NZShoponline return address is visible on the outside of your parcel. To avoid delivery issues, we encourage you to send your parcel back by courier or registered post.

Please allow approximately two weeks from the day you return your package for us to assess and process your return.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for posting items back to us, and also the return postage for re-sending the exchanged item back to you.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Management. In most cases we will only exchange products, so please choose carefully.
