Exchanges and Refunds
We will happily accept goods, in original condition with garment tags attached for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email or call our Christchurch store and specify your original order number with the request for what you would like to exchange the item for.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender's address and the NZShoponline.com return address is visible on the outside of your parcel. To avoid delivery issues, we encourage you to send your parcel back by courier or registered post.

Please allow approximately two weeks from the day you return your package for us to assess and process your return.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for posting items back to us. Also the return fee for re-sending the exchanged item back to the country of origin.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Management. In most cases we will only exchange products. Please choose carefully.

Refunds, or replacements, will be given on any faulty product. Faulty products will have to be returned to us.
