New Zealand Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service currently provides delivery of 5 working days from receipt of payment for New Zealand residents. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as it arrives. All orders are sent by Fastways Couriers.
New Zealand Rural Delivery Customers
Please note customers on the NZ Rural Delivery postal route will need to allow an extra two working days for delivery by New Zealand Post as your order will not be sent by Fastways Couriers.
International Delivery
Stocks permitting all international orders are dispatched within 48 hours. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as it arrives. All orders are sent by New Zealand Post. The cost of your delivery to your destination country will be calculated at the "Shopping Cart" Stage.
We will advise you by email when your order has been dispatched. All international orders are given a consignment note number, this cannot be tracked on New Zealand Post website. However if you are concerned your parcel has not reached you in the time frame as stated below, please contact us and we will investigate with new Zealand Post on your behalf. all goods are insured by us when sent with New Zealand post.
